This policy covers Do It Now Plus. Everything else in Do It Now is free. It is part of our terms of service.
Your family’s first subscription to Plus starts with one month free. The family owner gives a payment method at checkout, and nothing is charged then.
When the free month ends, the subscription turns into a paid one automatically and the first payment ($3 for a month, or $25 for a year, plus tax where it applies) is charged. Settings → Plan shows the date (“Free trial until …”), and Paddle emails a reminder at least 7 days before.
To avoid that charge, cancel before the free month ends (see Cancel subscription). You keep Plus until the end of the free month.
There is one free month per family and email address. If you subscribe again after a subscription ended, there is no free month: the first payment is charged at checkout.
Paddle emails a receipt for every payment.
Within 14 days of any payment for Plus, you can ask for a full refund of that payment: the first payment (for a subscription that started with a free month, the payment charged when it ended), and each monthly or yearly renewal. We don’t ask why, there is no fee, and nothing is deducted for the time you used Plus.
This applies whether or not you’ve used Plus, and also after you’ve deleted your account.
When we refund a payment, we also cancel the subscription, so it doesn’t renew. Nothing is deleted.
We don’t give partial refunds for the rest of a month or year that has started.
You can cancel at any time (see Cancel subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals, and your family keeps Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period by itself: if you were charged in the last 14 days and want your money back, ask for a refund as below.
Exceptions in your favour: if we substantially reduce what Plus gives you, or stop offering it, we refund the unused part of the period you’ve paid for (see the terms of service). And if the consumer law of your country gives you the right to a refund of the unused part when you cancel, email us and we’ll make it.
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, and consumers in Israel can cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Our policy is at least as generous: a full refund, with no fee and nothing deducted for the time you used Plus, within 14 days of every payment.
In the EU, you can also withdraw within the 14 days with the withdrawal button in Paddle’s customer portal (“Manage subscription” in Settings → Plan, or the link in Paddle’s emails).
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country. Paddle’s buyer terms describe the statutory rights Paddle handles as the seller.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle, to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of your request. How long the money takes to arrive after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is usually quicker.
